Ringly Lite – Content & Community Guidelines

These Content & Community Guidelines (“Guidelines”) outline what is and is not allowed on Ringly Lite, owned and operated by Voxstream Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“VTPL”). Our goal is to foster a safe, positive, and respectful community. By using the Ringly Lite app and ringlylite.kyndapp.in, you agree to follow these Guidelines, which form part of the Terms of Use. Ringly Lite empowers people to create and share engaging content. To protect our community, we enforce these rules through a combination of automated systems and human moderation.

1. Prohibited Content

Content falling under the categories below is not allowed on Ringly Lite.

1.1 Violence, Terrorism & Criminal Activity

• Threats of violence, physical harm or property damage
• Promotion, support or depiction of terrorism, extremism, or organised crime
• Incitement to violence, riots, or unlawful behaviour
• Display or sale of weapons intended for harm
• Instructions for committing crimes (fraud, hacking, violence, etc.)

1.2 Hate, Discrimination & Harassment

Content that targets or demeans individuals or groups based on:

• Religion or belief
• Caste, ethnicity, nationality
• Gender, sexual orientation, gender identity
• Disability, medical condition
• Socioeconomic or protected characteristics

Harassment includes:

• Abusive or demeaning comments
• Bullying or coordinated harassment
• Sharing personal insults or slurs

1.3 Sexual Content & Nudity

• Nudity, pornography, sexually explicit material
• Depictions of sexual acts (real or simulated)
• Exploitation, grooming, or sexualisation of minors
• Offers or promotion of sexual services
• Fetish content, graphic sexual references
• Limited educational or art-based content may be reviewed case-by-case but is generally discouraged.

1.4 Child Safety

• Content involving minors in sexual or exploitative contexts
• Endangerment of minors
• Grooming, solicitation, or inappropriate communication
• We report such content to law-enforcement when required.

1.5 Illegal or Regulated Goods/Services

• Sale or promotion of drugs, controlled substances, or drug paraphernalia
• Unlicensed sale of alcohol or tobacco products
• Human trafficking, illegal services, or unsafe medical procedures
• Firearms, explosives, and dangerous weapons

1.6 Self-Harm, Suicide & Dangerous Acts

• Encourages self-harm, suicide, extreme dieting or body harm
• Depicts dangerous acts without professional context
• Glorifies or romanticises mental health crises
• Supportive or educational content should be handled sensitively.

1.7 Graphic, Shocking, or Disturbing Content

• Graphic violence (blood, injury, death)
• Gore, medical procedures shown in disturbing ways
• Disturbing pranks or harmful challenges

2. Misleading, Fraudulent or Harmful Content

2.1 Misinformation & Fake News

• Content that may cause harm by misleading users about public safety, health, medicine, emergencies, elections, civic processes, disasters or crises

2.2 Spam & Scams

• Phishing, fraud, impersonation
• Fake giveaways or deceptive schemes
• Artificial engagement (buying likes, comments, followers)
• Malicious links, malware, or harmful scripts

2.3 Impersonation

• Pretend to be another person, public figure, organisation or brand
• Create accounts that mislead about identity or affiliation
• Parody is allowed only with clear indication

3. Intellectual Property & Copyright

• Only post content you own or have rights to use
• Uploading copyrighted videos, music, images, or text without permission is prohibited
• Plagiarism or copying others' creative work is prohibited
• Re-uploading content from other platforms without rights is prohibited

4. Privacy & Personal Data

• Do not share private information without consent
• Do not upload intimate images of others without consent
• Do not engage in doxxing, stalking, or violation of personal boundaries
• We act swiftly on privacy violations

5. Platform Integrity

• Do not reverse-engineer or interfere with Ringly Lite systems
• Do not manipulate rankings or recommendation algorithms
• No automated accounts or bots
• Do not abuse reporting or moderation systems
• Do not misuse platform features to evade enforcement

6. Additional Non-Permitted Content

• Deepfakes used to harass, defame, or mislead
• Posts designed solely to shock or offend
• Repeated posting of low-quality, irrelevant or harmful content

7. Enforcement & Consequences

• Warning or temporary feature restrictions
• Content removal
• Account suspension
• Permanent account ban
• Referral to law enforcement where legally required
• Removal of spam networks or coordinated harmful behaviour
• Minor or unintentional violations may receive a warning first

8. Reporting Violations

If you notice violating content or behaviour:

• Use the in-app Report feature
• Email us at support@ringlylite.kyndapp.in

Our moderation team reviews reports 24×7 and acts quickly while ensuring fairness.

9. Appeals

If you believe your content was removed or your account was restricted by mistake, request a review through the app or contact support@ringlylite.kyndapp.in. Decisions made after review may be final.
